Kristina Love truly began her journey of devoting herself to the path of union, love, & truth 8 years ago when she met her first teacher at a Sufi Retreat in Southern California. Immediately, she found sanctuary within the ancient healing arts, as this was part of her path since she was 11 years old. She was always a whimsical, playful, and magical young girl, even though she grew through a lot of trauma and darkness. Kristina was only 18 years old when she had started exploring meditation, energy healing, and energy work, which eventually led to deeper studies of Kundalini yoga. And by the time of that Sufi Retreat, she was all in on her path of devoting herself to her own healing and her mission.

It only took one week for Kristina to move into the practice house where her first teacher, Murshid Isa, used to live. (he passed away in Dec 2025) And right away, she was sponsored to do her first Kundalini Yoga teacher training, while intensely training with this master teacher within the realms of union, relational healing, & yoga. This led to multiple other yoga teacher trainings, mentorship programs, working at yoga festivals, living at an ashram, traveling the world, attending multiple retreats, thousands of hours of study and deep inner work, additional trainings and apprenticeships, cleanses & fasts, and vision quests. After a few years, she eventually realized something was missing from her path and it was the path of jungle medicine.

Kristina’s first experience with medicine was with Kambo, the giant monkey tree frog medicine. This experience immediately helped her purge and release deeply stored stagnant energies, unwanted bacterias and toxins, ancestral trauma, and supported her to make important changes in her life. This led to her first medicine retreat, where she had the opportunity to work with Kambo and Bufo medicines, which supported her to overcome addictions, limiting beliefs, and release all kinds of suppressed emotion. To say these experiences were life changing would be an understatement! After that retreat, she began her 5 year training to serve Kambo medicine and she studied more intimately with entheogenic mushrooms. It wasn’t long until Ayahuasca, one of the most powerful jungle medicines available to us, began to call to her and she suddenly found herself packing up her bags and moving to Costa Rica, by the guidance in her own heart.

These years were really special for Kristina’s journey of healing and embodiment because she studied and learned about any healing modality she could- sound healing, yoga, meditation, energy work, body work, plant medicine, ceremonies, rituals, prayer, coaching techniques and practices, etc. Just as life does, her whole life changed when she began working with Ayahuasca. After several ceremonies and years, she eventually graduated from her Kambo training with her maestro, Ramses Alexander, and started leading her own ceremonies, retreats, and women’s circles both in Costa Rica & the United States. It was during this time of living on Chirripo mountain, Costa Rica, where she began changing hundreds of lives with microdose therapy and integration therapy as well. Suddenly, years of hard work were paying off and Kristina found herself feeling fulfilled, however….

…something was missing. Kristina still didn’t feel like she had found the essence of her mission and purpose; the discovery and seeking continued. As she began her journey into her Saturn return, she started questioning everything. During this time, she came across an online teacher named Kelsey Kazarian, who deeply inspires her to this day and she began working with her in her mentorship spaces. These spaces were familiar to Kristina because they were (still are) focused on union, relational harmony, and integrating wounding with the masculine. While her path literally began with studying union intensely with her first teacher where she took actual vows to serve union in all she does, she didn’t actually further dive into it intentionally until she met Kelsey. To say this time was purifying would be an understatement, however, it wasn’t new to Kristina to do deep inner work like this. When the path of union first appeared on her path early on when she began training with her first teacher, she was very new to awakening and healing and simply didn’t have the capacity to go as deep into it back then. But by this point… things were different.

Months of deep study and shadow integration turned into a life long dedication to the actual embodiment of union and to mastering the understanding and integration of relational harmony. Like with anything Kristina is deeply passionate about, she couldn’t get enough! Working with Kelsey changed her life and helped her discover that her mission had been union all along. Studying with Kelsey turned into studying with other renowned union mentors such as Ginger Kern, followed by reading all kinds of books, and interestingly enough, that conscious communication training she did years prior came in handy as relational alchemy began to take front and center stage of her work and teachings. What moved her the most about this was knowing that in mastering relationships, we master all of life, but not from ego. From union. In service to truth. Service for the sake of service. In the name of love.

By this point, Kristina had learned how to heal and integrate any limiting belief, trauma, illness, any mental or physical imbalance she had once carried. By this point, she also had supported hundreds of clients to transform their lives. And this only led to more miracles in her service. But of course, like any true awakening journey devoted to the highest vibration of truth, a fun little curveball came in for the next step. And that next step was to devote herself to training to serve Ayahuasca! This next iteration of her training and studies was incredibly confronting; in fact, it took her a full 9 months to say yes to beginning to train. And once she surrendered, it was more purification, more healing, more rites of passages. She lived in the jungle for a period of time studying with the indigenous and this is actually what led to her making the humbling choice to move herself all the way to the Sacred Valley in Peru to complete the training.

It was also during this time where Kristina began to focus her attention on men’s work as it relates to the reclamation of masculinity. An important part of that was also shifting her attention to supporting women with integrating their wounding with the masculine as a whole. It was as if the many years of studying union and relational alchemy was finally opening her eyes to see that a large part of the imbalances, challenges, and warfare that the world is actively facing is rooted in the shadow masculine. As Kristina had already been actively serving men for years, her male clients were also reflecting back to her that part of her mission on this planet is to support the masculine to rise again and to contribute to ending the gender wars. This also took her some time to really accept this aspect of her mission, as it was confronting and also deeply purifying for her to fortify herself to be able to carry out such a mission with integrity and clarity. After some time for more deep inner work and support from additional mentors and teachers, she found herself feeling more confident and grounded to carry out this work.

After moving to Peru, Kristina began to receive the guidance to look into finding a retreat center to move to where she could host her client retreats and ceremonies. Things started to move quickly and after a few months of searching, she finally found an incredible retreat center in Urubamba of the Sacred Valley with her beloved partner and king. Shortly after she began hosting her clients, she wrapped up her training to serve Ayahuasca. Since then, she’s been mentoring, coaching, and training her clients online and also has been hosting retreats at the retreat center. Kristina happily continues to reside in the Sacred Valley offering her services both online and in person, with occasional opportunities to travel to serve clients internationally. As life continues to evolve and expansion keeps expanding, her intention is to continue offering women’s, men’s, and couple’s work both online and in person to support others to live in embodied union, to up level all facets of their lives, and to know what it truly means to experience healing and liberation. To offer more at a larger scale. To travel the world and serve others all over the globe. To make great impact, as she is divinely meant to. Kristina plans to eventually write some books, offer more courses online, and more group retreats as well.

Kristina’s current focus is serving her clients in online mentorship and coaching and she is currently not hosting retreats nor ceremonies for the time being. It’s become clear that what’s most important for her service is the work she is doing with men and women in the online space with the focus of masculine reclamation, feminine embodiment, polarity, and union. After moving through many iterations and identities within her work and journey as a teacher and leader, she is feeling incredibly fulfilled focusing on the essence of her mission and continue to bring this forward as these aspects of her work are her deepest passions.
