The Container:
ASHA training is comprised of foundational modules and the opportunity for customization.
Because we’re all different and unique and it’s time we honor and celebrate that!
While this training has its foundation and its structure, you have the opportunity to receive a training that is tailored to your needs, goals, & desires. Every training comes with 1:1 online and in person training, which involves a biweekly online interactive class, voice integration support & journal prompts, and in person retreat-like immersions for the duration of 6 months, with the option to extend your training. While your curriculum involves ASHA’s foundational modules, you also receive modules of study that are tailored to your needs and goals.
The Foundational Modules:
Energy Work & Alchemy Training
Energetic hygiene is foundational because this gives you the roadmap to walk in integrity, to be a clear channel, and to be clean in your approach, which allows you to be a safe, trustable, and supportive space for others. Kristina will share guided energy work practices with you and then train you to create your own.
Alchemy training supports you to strengthen your psychic gifts, to live more connected to the elements and yourself, and to walk more confidently in the unique abilities you carry for supporting others in their healing.
Shadow Work & Ancestral Trauma Healing
Shadow work is foundational because this allows you to walk confidently and live in your wholeness, rather than your fragmentation and what you’ve been taught to reject about yourself. Integrating (healing) what you’ve been taught to reject & abandon with yourself allows you to be embodied in what you offer the world. A lot of why anyone comes into ASHA has to do with breaking free of ancestral trauma because it didn’t start with you, but it ends with you.
Union
Union is foundational because it is our essence, it is where we come from, and it is where we will return. It’s an energetic frequency, a mindset, a way of living, breathing, & walking. It’s devotion to Truth. It’s alignment with Divine Will. It’s learning to trust in our higher self. It’s coming home to ourselves, as if we’d come home to a warm, safe, abundant home with a harmonious family, rooted in togetherness and community.
Embodiment
This is where all that we study, practice, and apply becomes a lived expression inside of the body. There will be actual practices involving breath work, movement, and meditation depending on where you’re at and what you’re focused on within you’re training. There will be support for integration, which is the application of what you’re learning to your life to enact lasting transformation & change.
Reciprocity
You are meant to feel supported, reciprocated, honored, celebrated, cherished, and to feel met in all of your relationships. All who resonate with ASHA have carried similar wounds of people pleasing, poor boundary setting habits, isolation, fear of abandonment / rejection / ostrisization, etc. Inside of ASHA, you receive the opportunity to heal this so you can thrive in community, in connection, and in all of your relationships.
Investment:
The base cost for ASHA training is $6,500 with the option of flexible & customized payment plans.
This base cost includes your curriculum and online training for 6 months as well as one in person retreat-like immersion. Your curriculum & online training includes biweekly classes, voice integration support & journal prompts. Your immersion includes 3 nights / 4 days in a location of your choice, though this does not include the cost of travel expenses, accommodations, & spa services. The immersion can include one medicine ceremony of your choice, though any additional days/nights or ceremonies are an additional cost. The 3 night / 4 day immersion also includes an Earth offering ceremony (despacho), integration therapy, & food / meals. Please note that Kristina lives at a retreat center in the Sacred Valley of Peru, which could make a perfect location for the immersion(s)! You also have the option to do a second immersion as well, which is also an additional cost.

“We’re in the final months of ASHA training, which has been absolutely incredible!
ASHA training, so far, has included two in person immersions with ayahuasca ceremonies and Kambo- we also have one more to go in November. Those ceremonies and her work really met me where I was and were really transformational because of that. And that’s one of the many things that I really appreciate about her— there’s so much to LOVE about Kristina. If you’ve met her, then you know. And I think the thing that stands out to me the most and there are numerous things and I’m going to touch on all of them— she is so unapologetically herself. There’s no performance in her! She shows up fully in her authenticity, in her femininity, which is so inspiring for me. She is deeply spiritual and she is wise beyond her years and she’s hilarious and she’s grounded and she’s totally human. She’s super relatable— she’ll help you banish old parasitic energies one moment and then the next moment she’ll be laughing with you and twerking. She is just so REAL! And I love that about her— she brings her whole self to her service and really balances the sacred and the human.
I really appreciate her vulnerability and her honesty. She’s not coming to service from a space of a pedestal like “I know way more than you…” she’s not like that at all. She’s very open to reciprocity in her containers, which I think is so important. Something else that’s very important to me is feeling like I’m in a safe space to have uncomfortable or confrontational conversations—every time we’ve gone deep where I’ve gotten triggered, we always have a huge breakthrough together. And I’ve been grateful for it every single time. She really balances humility and unabashedly celebrating herself— and this is something so valuable for anyone to learn more about because we tend to get into a habit of diminishing ourselves. She’s not down with that and she doesn’t let me do it and she doesn’t do it herself. It’s an example that women to see more.. this balance between “I can be humble” and “I can think that I’m a badass and appreciate all the things that I’ve done and how far I’ve come.” I really appreciate that she does that.
And I mentioned it earlier— her femininity. The way she embraces it and embodies it is so inspirational for me as well. We’ve had some amazing conversations about this as well, about Union, and everything she does is in devotion to Union, everything she does is rooted in Union and she’s taught me a lot about that. Union with ourselves, with each other, within the collective. Because of all she’s shared in her teachings and in our work together, I’ve come home to myself in so many ways. And I feel more connected to myself, more embodied, more empowered, and ultimately more whole because of the space she continues to hold, and the Love, the wisdom, the hilarity, the realness, and the integrity that she brings to her service. It’s been the most beautiful life shifting experiences these last couple of years, getting to work with her.
