1:1 Mentorship Programs

While Kristina serves both men and women in 1:1 mentorship containers, she is not currently offering couples coaching & mentorship, though she serves couples in ceremony and in retreats. These 1:1 mentorship containers and 1:1 ASHA training are the most intimate way to currently work with Kristina, as these spaces are completely and totally tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Being Love Women’s Mentorship Program

Every woman, at her core, yearns and desires deeply, infinitely, and this infinite yearning and depth of desire is a key code for the essence of her yearning and desire, which is to die in Love, as Love itself. Being Love is simply who we are, at our core, as women, and this mentorship container and program is designed to help you simply remember this truth. For far too long many women have forgotten and this forgetting continues to perpetuate the exact opposite of what women truly yearn for… women yearn to be chosen, cherished, whole & complete, and divinely provided for, yet this is who we are exactly as we are, and all we have to do is remember.

Coming home to this remembrance involves a process of what I like to call, microdosing on this remembrance, whilst highlighting what is embodied forgetting. The illusion of lack, that something is missing, that something needs to be looked for or found, that something needs to be worked towards, that something needs to be earned, is all rooted in our forgetting. It can be easy to remember who we are when we seemingly have it all, but can we remember when we’re deep in a process of initiatory growth? This is the journey of the feminine being initiated into her rightful remembrance of who she inherently is— L O V E.

Coming back home to the essence of who she is, she comes home to her oracular knowing, her intuition, her gifts, her abilities, her creativity, her sensuality, her eros, as Beloved herself.

But how does she relate to the masculine? Men? Money? Masculine texture of God? Structure and stability?

For far too long, many women have held onto deeply repressed resentment when it comes to the masculine— this is deeply rooted ancestral trauma that almost every woman carries. This deeply rooted ancestral trauma prevents women from living in our original design, our true essence, in its totality. We cannot embody love if we are hanging onto resentment towards men, financial institutions, or whatever else we’re consciously or unconsciously projecting resentment towards.

Every woman yearns and yearns and yearns… and many of us tend to yearn for some of the same things— otherworldly Union with a man who takes us straight to God, financial prosperity, a family, stable home and housing, business related success, satisfaction, happiness, pleasure, fun, etc. Women yearn for or have yearned for all of these things, and all of these things are all rooted in Love, when it comes to quality and true fulfillment. Our way of fulfillment is as Love itself, in Love, deep in the depths of Love.

If Love is alive, so are we.

Being Love mentorship program is a deep journey into integrating our wounding with the masculine, alchemizing limiting beliefs and ancestral trauma, reawakening ourselves to our womb’s wisdom, reawakening our womanhood through our sensuality, and remembering who we are at our core. Through this journey of remembrance, Kristina teaches her clients about embodied integration as well— applying our remembrance to our internal and external lives for lasting change.

This program is not for the faint of heart, this is for the woman who is ready to be fearless when it comes to looking in the mirror, awakening herself to the infinite well of Love that is dormant at her heart center, waiting for her flames to be stoked and fanned. Being Freedom Men’s Mentorship Program

Every man, at his core, is freedom itself. It’s not something that can be achieved through mastering his finances, mastering his business, getting the house and wife and family, it’s not something that he can empty himself through the next time he ejaculates, it’s not something he can release himself through violence or boxing, it also won’t be necessarily found through a retreat or yoga teacher training or a plant medicine ceremony. When he stops looking outside of himself, when he stops trying to free himself of perceived burdens, and he REMEMBERS that he is freedom itself, there is nothing that can truly throw him off balance. The road to this remembrance causes a man to have to face his fears, limitations, and edges in an incredibly intimate way, which supports him in building an unbreakable and unshakably intimate relationship with the truth of who he is.

And so, where do I come in, as a woman, when it comes to men’s work relating to the realms of Union, Alchemy, and Love??? Something really powerful happens when the feminine and masculine come together in unity, which is why in white tantric yoga, this is practiced in holding 31-62 minute yoga poses whilst eye gazing in one another’s eyes, in partnership. This isn’t necessarily romantic, unless a couple shows up to do this practice, however, it is done in sanctity and deep honoring of the all-day practice that has been widely practiced for many years amongst Kundalini yogis and yoginis. As someone who's experienced this practice many times, it is insanely alchemical and powerful ESPECIALLY when it is a man and woman who is doing the practice together.

Why??? Well, we are all familiar with the fact that when men and women make love, there is a chance to create a human child. Men and women can co create a lot more than just a human child or sex or the basic surface level sh*t that we see in the world– when men and women come together in sanctity, cleanliness, in a strong container devoted to Union, Alchemy, and Love, magick simply happens! Transformation happens! It’s inevitable, regardless of what kind of container it is. Polarity is profoundly powerful. Tantra, in its purity, is incredibly alchemical, transformational, inspiring, and activating.

My men’s mentorship container is an opportunity to immerse yourself into your own gifts, your strengths, your badassery, and also your edges, limitations, and weaknesses. Because the better you know yourself and the more you face yourself, the deeper you go into your true essence, which is freedom itself. Not only that, but you get to receive support in regards to the ever mysterious topic of WOMEN, from a women, whose also very devoted to women’s work. You get the bedroom tips and secrets, advice and guidance that only a woman can share with a man. You get to be inspired and supported by a radiant woman in a safe, clean, and sustainable setting. You get to have an opportunity to integrate your wounding with the feminine, through being supported by a womb embodied woman.

In Unity, you have an opportunity to remember how gifted you are, how powerful you are, to boost your confidence, self esteem, to learn more about respecting yourself so you can command a space just by being in that space, to dive deeper into your mission, which happens to be the most important gift a man can offer this world. The reality is, a man will not be fully in his power if he is unclear and misdirected in his mission. He is dangerously valuable when he is well directed with his mission, he is trustable.

What makes a man trustable does NOT make him safe, however, we’re living in a world full of safe men partly because of the different waves of the feminist movement, where we as women, actively played a role in killing off the strong masculine man we keep asking about… “Where are all the strong masculine men?!” Well, we played a role in killing his inner wolf, the one who wants to take charge and show up because so many women have become hyper independent, overly masculine, as a means to rightfully create balance again from how things were back in the day… we’re all familiar with history so there’s no need to go back in time.

Where do I come in when it comes to this? I am here to support men in coming into right relationship with their masculinity again through being in my femininity, whilst offering the thousands of hours of trainings, mentorships, a discipleship, and studies I’ve done on all things masculinity in my womanhood. Through having integrated a great deal of my own wounding with the masculine, I’ve dedicated my life to re-awakening the medicine of Union in co creating harmonious Union between the masculine and feminine. It starts WITHIN! We all hold the feminine and masculine within us, but many men have been programmed to fear their masculinity, just as women have been conditioned to fear their femininity.

It’s time we REMEMBER who we are, at our core, so our relationships, our lives, our businesses, our livelihoods can THRIVE, just as we’ve always been destined to.

Calling Forth the Rare Souls…

The path of the alchemist, medicine man/medicine woman, is a series of rites of passages. These rites of passages are designed to refine us as needed, so we can face our own darkness, which supports us to sit with others in their darkness, as we guide them towards the light within them. Without these rites of passages, it is not rightful for us to sit with others in their darkness, if we’ve not sat with our own.

There are many claiming to call themselves alchemists, shamans, and medicine men/women who have no idea what that actually means, who aren’t familiar with the actual initiations it involves, who’ve not been initiated through the hero’s/heroine’s journey that is required in training, who are causing more harm than good and creating a lot more karma for themselves.

Maybe you can sense it hits a soft spot in me… because it absolutely does. INTEGRITY just is not so common these days and those who walk in integrity on this path are harder to find & locate than those who do not. We are living in incredibly wild times where darkness and illusion is being illuminated at hyper speed, which means it is the perfect time for rising alchemist to rise, for the rising medicine man/woman/being to rise, to remember one’s gifts and to share one’s gifts as medicine for this world.

This is where ASHA comes in— I am here to offer custom trainings to those who are genuinely being initiated onto this path and are being called upon to properly train with integrity, in reverence to the work, the path, and the medicine (if the custom training involves medicine), in service to truth and to Love, bridging the gap between Union & Alchemy. The medicines of Union & Love are single handedly the most powerful medicines available to us, so when we combine our inner medicine with the most powerful medicines available to us, we contribute to collective awakening, revolution, and divine remembrance.

Maybe you can relate— My psychic gifts started to come online when I was about 11 years old, although I had always had visions of spirits since I was a kid and I even remember seeing fairies when I was a kid. When I turned 11, everything became heightened with many more synchronicities, deeper connections to plants, animals, & spirits, and all kinds of visions. My parents always thought there was something wrong with me and I naturally grew up around a lot of chaos & separation based illusions— there was a lot of trauma that was passed onto me as a kid, teenager, and naturally into adulthood as I continued to attract what I was vibrating. I did not have any support to hone in on my natural psychic and alchemical gifts and I certainly didn’t know how to safely and sustainably work with my gifts. I was put into different kinds of therapies because no one understood what was “wrong” with me.

This led into years and years of addiction, numbing, unhealthy relationships, and ultimately trying to run away from my heightened sensitivity, my so called gifts (they felt like curses at the time), and myself. I witnessed my parents get divorced when I was young and I learned at a very young age to not trust in the masculine and to not accept the feminine. The many death portals I traversed into eventually led me to my first spiritual teacher, which began my first discipleship and training, and then that only opened up my path for me where I continued receiving support in training to safely and sustainably share my inner medicine and my gifts, through a ton of shadow integration work, alchemizing ancestral trauma, and repairing my body from all of the damage caused by my previous ways of existing. Thankfully, by some miracle, I’ve been blessed by humbled, truthful, honest, masterful teachers, mentors, & shamans who value integrity & safety as well as honoring of their lineages.

We don’t just randomly decide we’re going to become an alchemist or medicine man/woman, or shaman. We get potently initiated onto this path, usually against our will because our gifts, the signs and omens, the synchronicities, and death portals become so loud, we simply can’t ignore it anymore. I personally was in a profoundly dark space when I met my first teacher and I was sponsored to attend my first retreat where I met him and he took me in. He helped me see how magical, gifted, and special I am and made sure I’d never forget. And every teacher & mentor I’ve had since then has done the same, whilst ensuring I walk in a good, true, and safe way in service to Love, in service to all beings.

And this is precisely where ASHA comes in! I’ve been offering this training privately to my word of mouth students for the past two years and I am finally ready to offer it to more soul tribe that I already know and more who I have yet to meet. I am so incredibly inspired and passionate about offering a solid training to more individuals as more beings are being initiated into rising into remembrance! It is becoming more and more challenging to run away from ourselves because we are all increasingly being invited and pushed to remember who we truly are and to BE who we truly are in sharing our gifts through our soul’s service, in a good way, honestly, rooted in truth and rooted in wholeness.

While there are many unique components to how I offer this training, a huge one is the emphasis on bridging the gap between Union & Alchemy. There are many spaces that emphasize the importance of uniting the finite with the infinite, such as the essence of yoga. What I have yet to see, however, is an alchemist training that emphasizes Union based teachings, cultivating harmonious Union between the feminine and the masculine, integrating our wounding with the feminine and integrating our wounding with the masculine, coming into our feminine radiance or our masculine force, whilst acknowledging that we all hold feminine and masculine energy. Yet, in this space, we acknowledge that we are called upon to embody our divine femininity or our divine masculinity as the leading energetic, through alchemizing father and mother wounds, ancestral trauma, and distorted belief systems, in complete and total service to Union, awakening the family unit, in service to Love. Because this is what has the power to heal the world! Love is the medicine.

Here’s Examples of the Flow of Training From a Former Student & Current Student of Mine

Courtney and I prepared for this training with quite a few Kambo ceremonies, integration therapy, and mentorship. The amount of time we worked together was probably around 9 months, though the completion of the training completed over the course of 3 months, with graduation taking place at my New Hampshire retreat in 2024.
Our intentions for this training were for her to be supported with honing in on her psychic gifts, learning more about the truth of who she is, and coming into right relationship with her inner medicine woman and inner alchemist. We focused on her learning how to serve microdose therapy with integrity, safety, and reverence along with learning how to serve psilocybin in ceremony.
Here’s what was included:
In person:
-3 mushroom ceremonies to deepen her relationship to the medicine with the third including a despacho ceremony
-3 solo mushroom ceremonies prior to serving in ceremony
-1 Kambo cleanse before first mushroom ceremony (she also sat with Kambo about 7 times before we started training)

This training is for the courageous, brave, and motivated soul who is willing to do what it takes to embody the truth of who they are in service to all sentient beings. While this training is geared towards those who have already done quite a bit of inner work throughout their lives and developed a great deal of self awareness, that journey simply continues and deepens in this training.

Who is this training for?

This training is for someone who is in alignment and in resonance with some of Kristina’s core foundations & teachings: honesty, transparency, integrity, safety, sustainability, in service and in devotion to God, Truth, Love, & Union. Everything Kristina shares and teaches about is led by the Divine, what she calls God. Her experience of God has nothing to do with abrahamic religion nor does it relate to the tyrannical father archetype. Her experience of God is Pure Love.

Who is this training for?

This training is for the humbled soul who recognizes that they have something unique and special to offer this world, that they are being divinely guided to offer themselves in service to Love, but they don’t have the confidence, the tools and foundation to support this becoming reality. They want to be part of the rare group of people on this earth who put themselves through a real training to serve, not just another surface level capitalistic colonialist mindset based “shaman training,” or “priestess training.” Please note: this is NOT a shaman initiation.**** This is a training for the rising alchemist and/or rising medicine man/woman.****

What is the investment for this training?

The 3 month (online & in person) training is $4,000 and 6 months is $6,500, 9 months commitment is $8,500- there are payment plans available! This does not include my travel expenses, if I travel to you, for any in person ceremony work and/or cleansing.

What medicines can I train to serve?

I offer training with our beloved fungi friends (psilocybin) in ceremony and for microdose therapy.

What medicines can I work with, with Kristina, to support my training?

I serve our beloved fungi friends, huachuma (San Pedro), Kambo, microdose therapy, hapé, mapacho, and other aromatic plant therapies.

Are there any refunds?

Due to my extensive screening process, there are no refunds once payment is made, which is done after the application has been filled out along with a consultation meeting.

Can this training be customized to suit my needs and goals?

All of my offerings and retreats can ultimately be customized to suit your unique needs & goals because I truly believe we are all different and unique, having experienced different experiences throughout our life’s journey. See the training examples above to see the possibilities! Each of those examples highlight radical differences to suit each of my student’s unique goals and needs.

Will I be certified after I graduate?

I will issue you an ASHA graduation certificate, YES! This will certify you as a trained alchemist and/or medicine man/woman, certifying you to serve the medicine that you trained to serve (if you are training to serve a medicine). If you are not training to serve medicine and merely seeking to be in right relationship with your inner alchemist, you will be certified as an alchemist. What this means is that you will be able to offer your soul’s service with being ASHA certified, which showcases the powerful work you did in training with me. This emphasizes your dedication, devotion, and strength as a practitioner, space holder, teacher/mentor/coach/etc.
