The Container:
ASHA training is comprised of foundational modules and the opportunity for customization.
The customization is based on the answers you provide via the application and via the consultation call-
Kristina will create customized modules of study for your specific training in addition to the foundational modules below.

The Foundational Modules

Energetic hygiene is foundational because this gives you the roadmap to walk in integrity, to be a clear channel, and to be clean in your approach, which allows you to be a safe, trustable, and supportive space for others. Kristina will share guided energy work practices with you and then train you to create your own. Alchemy training supports you to strengthen your psychic gifts, to live more connected to the elements and yourself, and to walk more confidently in the unique abilities you carry for supporting others in their healing.

Shadow work is foundational because this allows you to walk confidently and live in your wholeness, rather than your fragmentation and what you’ve been taught to reject about yourself. Integrating (healing) what you’ve been taught to reject & abandon within yourself allows you to be embodied in what you offer to the world. A lot of why anyone comes into ASHA has to do with breaking free of ancestral trauma because it didn’t start with you, but it ends with you.

Union is foundational because it is our essence, it is where we come from, and it is where we will return. It’s an energetic frequency, a mindset, a way of living, a way of breathing, & walking. It’s devotion to truth. It’s alignment with divine will. It’s learning to trust in our higher self. It’s coming home to ourselves, as if we’d come home to a warm, safe, abundant home with a harmonious family, rooted in togetherness and community.

This is where all that we study, practice, and apply becomes a lived expression inside of the body. There will be actual practices involving breath work, movement, and meditation depending on where you’re at and what you’re focused on within you’re training. There will be support for integration, which is the application of what you’re learning to your life to enact lasting transformation & change.

In order to be of service in a way that is truly in service to the highest good of all, we need to understand what it truly means to be a safe space for others within our communication, our energy, how we show up, and how we carry ourselves.
Investment & What’s Included:
The base cost for ASHA training is $6,500 with the option of flexible payment plans.
-Your curriculum and online training for 6 months + one in person immersion
-Your curriculum & online training includes biweekly classes, voice integration support & journal prompts
-Your immersion includes 3 nights / 4 days in a location of your choice
-The immersion can include one medicine ceremony of your choice, an Earth offering ceremony, integration therapy, & food

You will receive an email that’ll either approve or decline your application. If approved, you’ll be invited to schedule a consultation call and then we will finish the onboarding process. The onboarding process involves getting to know you more and your goals followed by completing the agreement form.

Most have never done anything like this because this training is rare and very specific. Ideally, you’ve had time to build some amount of self awareness, you’ve already healed yourself to some degree. This is where we take it to the next level!

No, this training is open to anyone regardless of gender or identification.

Payment plans are always available. We offer 3 6, 9, or 12 month payment plans. A partial scholarship is possible to make this training more accessible to those who are ready to show up fully.

We will have a 75 minute class biweekly followed by an integration week. Integration week will involve journal prompts and reflection questions, guided practices, and other tools to experiment with. You are asked to share your reflections on what you’re processing via voice note or text with Kristina on integration week. You also have the option to ask for support and ask questions. Expect to spend 2-3 hours on this training per week, while also reflecting in your free time.
