This blog post goes deeeeep into what inspired me to let go of birth control, what I’ve learned about regarding birth controls’ poisons, and what differences and shifts I’ve noticed since breaking up with birth control. Releasing the chemicals, synthetic hormones, and poisons all contained within the birth control has created a lot more space in my life for what’s truly meant for me. Through creating that space, I’ve actively invited and welcomed more of what is truly meant for me with wide open arms, and a wide open heart.

Living in Costa Rica has blessed me with several transformative experiences— I am not who I was when I moved here a year ago.
