Golden Heart birthed itself through divine guidance that Kristina received in her morning Sadhana practice. Sadhana means daily disciplined spiritual practice. She was meant to share this medicine with the world, the medicine that has supported her so powerfully and alchemically. She began curating and combining the medicines during a ripe time in her life, where she noticed she lacked the confidence she needed, she was socially anxious, and she didn’t feel motivated to consciously create the life of her dreams. She had heard about some of these combinations of medicines and she was willing to try anything. She finally gained the courage to source one of the medicines and began to take the medicine daily. She noticed profound shifts within only 1 month—she no longer felt anxious, her depression was barely existent, and she felt a lot more creative. FAQ

Can I take other medicines, while taking Golden Heart medicine?

The only medicine that is a big NO NO is ashwaghanda. SSRIs, anti anxiety medications, antipsychotic medications, and opiates aren’t ideal as well, but you technically can still take this medicine with it. With that being said, microdose therapy IS effective to support one in coming off of an anti anxiety or anti depressant medication— please reach out about this if you are interested in this.

What are ideal action steps for me to take to ensure I have a good experience with this therapy?

Take advantage of the free integration support, ensure your mineral intake is on point with electrolytes & especially magnesium, stay hydrated, follow the protocol carefully, set clear intentions, ensure you start the protocol on a day you don’t have a ton of responsibilities, take space on your integration days to slow down and be still with yourself if possible, recognize that plant medicine is NOT an easy fix and you co create with the medicine. What dosage is right for me?

100mg is for those who are known to be super sensitive to herbs, plant medicines, and medicines in general. 150mg is the happy medium that most start with! 200mg is for those who either are known to have a higher tolerance, or have experience with microdosing regimens. 250mg+ is for those who have very high tolerances and are very experienced with microdosing.

What blend is right for me?

Which regimen and protocol is right for me?

The 2 month regimen and protocol is more of an activation, it is great to see how you do with the medicine before taking a leap to commit to a longer protocol. The 4-6 months are great for seeing those long term lasting benefits show up, to really start to witness some of your limiting beliefs start to transmute and transform. The medicine can be taken for up to a year at a time.

Do I need to take breaks, if I want to take the medicine for a year?

No. After a year, it is good to take at least a 2 week break for proper integration.

I see you offer the 4 days on and 3 days off protocol, can I do 5 days on and 2 days off, if I want?

If you have been doing the 4 days on and 3 days off protocol for at least 6 months, I would then encourage you to try 5 days on and 2 days off, if you felt the calling to. If you haven’t, then I would discourage it.

How long does it take to process my order?

For orders within the United States & Canada, shipping/processing time is about 1 week right now. For orders outside of North America, shipping/processing time varies. If you have a question regarding your country, just ask!

If I don’t like my order, can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds, however, we offer store credits and we offer the opportunity for us to create something that WILL support you, even if we have to create something custom. Kristina is a knowledgeable, wise, and intuitive medicine woman and is here to support you.

What does the integration support entail?

Integration support is available and free to all beings who place an order. Kristina Love is a trained integration therapist, who has supported countless individuals who are integrating psychedelic and entheogenic ceremonies and microdose regimens. What comes with every order is a free 30 minute integration call available every 2 weeks of the regimen. More support is available as well through Kristina’s programs. Integration support supports an individual with processing the new insights, gems, and realizations that ultimately come through when one works with plant medicine, such as Golden Heart medicine. Through conscious processing the changes and insights with a trained space holder, one gets to create real and lasting shifts and changes in one’s life, one gets to experience the true benefits of healing.
